Our Classes

We offer classes for the entire family! As Instructors, we love helping and assisting our clients reach their goals. From supporting a Teenager attaining their Black Belt or working one on one with someone wanting to become fitter and stronger, there is a class to suit everybody. Here is an overview of our popular programs:

KinderKicks- Is a Toddler & Preschool program that helps foster a love for fitness and martial arts in kids. We get parents involved in both programs however our Toddler class is done with Parents for the entire duration of class.  Children will be introduced to basic Martial Art movements, as we’ll as learning about important life skills such as discipline, respect and determination. 

Muay Thai Fit- Launched in early 2017. These classes run for 45 min duration and combines functional training, resistance training whilst exposing  participants to basic Muay Thai movements. You will leave these classes feeling fitter and stronger and is a great workout if you are wanting to burn fat and build lean muscle as we utilise a HIIT approach in our class, meaning you will be burning calories after you have stopped exercising.

JAI Fit-  Inspired after a trip to America  visiting the Martial Arts Super Show back in 2012 These classes follows the same princiapls as Muay Thai Fit however it doesn’t involve any Martial Arts. The entire class is Time based and is all about maximum output. You perform each movement with correct form for as many reps as you can before the buzzers rings! the best part of this type of training is not only will you be burning calories during your session, but long after you have stopped. Winning!

Private Classes-  Wether you want to learn Martial Arts, wanting to improve your techniques or if you are wanting a resistance and cardio based one on one class, we have many clients all with specific needs training with us regularly. We are able to customise any program for you and work around any injuries or conditions you may have.  We also run private kids classes which is a great way to help boost a child’s confidence or we can work on specific skills you may want for your child; like balancing, concentration or improving their body strength.
